As Senoco Tekstil, we undertake to carry out our activities to implement the principles listed below in order to manage all risks to our assets regarding information security:

• To carry out the implementation, operation and improvement of the Information Security Management System with the contribution of relevant parties.
• To ensure that the infrastructure needs determined to ensure information security are met, maintained and implemented.
• To keep the risk value at a minimum level by ensuring that the necessary risks are identified, evaluated and processed against threats that may be exposed to the company's information assets inside and outside the company.
• Including provisions aimed at protecting physical and electronic information assets that affect the entire operation of the company in contracts made with third parties.
• To increase the level of consciousness and awareness by providing training to all employees on how to act in accordance with the company's security requirements.
• To protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information belonging to customers, business partners, suppliers or other third parties.
• To ensure information security requirements arising from national, international or sectoral regulations, to fulfil legal and relevant regulatory requirements, to fulfil obligations arising from agreements, and to fulfil corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders. Designing the necessary processes to comply with laws, internal policies and procedures, and technical security standards.
• To ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of company information in personal and electronic communications.
• They do not use the company's IT resources for activities contrary to laws and relevant regulations.
• Ensuring that essential and supporting business activities continue with minimal disruption.
• To impose necessary sanctions in case of violation of information security.
